In the absence of the client and representative and prior to collection, a condition report in detail will be done on the artworks to be packed if necessary. Photographs can be provided upon request.
Insurance coverage can be arranged upon written confirmation of the job with coverage from “nail to nail”. Arrangements can be made with the insurance company for bulk deliveries or pick-ups, over a period of a few days / weeks / months. In the event the insured amount is large, request can be made from the insurers to reduce the premium amount on a case to case basis. Insurance coverage would include packing, unpacking, transit and storage (if necessary), and delivery up to final destination.

IAS is able to provide the services of experienced and trained supervisors and manpower to undertake the most difficult and complex jobs. Moving a sculpture weighing more than 14 tonnes from one location to another is done with ease due to the equipment and tools that IAS has acquired over the years.
IAS will provide a box truck complete with climate control, tail- lift, air ride suspension and other security features. Transportation can be provided to most parts of Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. IAS trucks are licensed to carry a maximum of three (3) personnel inclusive of the driver. An assistant can be assigned upon request depending on the requirements of the job.
Arrangements for shipments overseas by air or sea freight to any part of the world can be undertaken. Special care will be taken towards packing and crating with safety as our number one priority. IAS only deals with counterparts overseas that are members of ICEFAT who are experienced handlers.
